Here are some of the questions we often receive by email and phone.
Hotel
The front desk is open 24 hours a day. The front desk is open 24 hours a day, and reservations are accepted 24 hours a day.
Check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 11:00.
If your check-in time is later than 22:00, please contact us.
This service is available on a first-come, first-served basis. It will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
In case the parking lot is full, we will use the affiliated parking lot.
Charge: 648 yen per night
We can accommodate 15 vehicles up to 3 meters in height. (Mid-size buses can also be accommodated.
We will ask you about your morning departure time and keep the key for you.
(If you will be leaving your car the next morning, please let us know in advance.)
If you are coming by bus, please contact us at the time of application.

LAN cables are available in all rooms. Free Wi-Fi is also available.

Luggage can be brought in and received by 9:00 p.m. when using the conference room. Please contact us if you need to use the room after 9:00 pm.
If you bring it in by 9:00am, it will be finished around 6:00pm on the same day. Please inquire at the front desk. The coin-operated laundry is located on the 2nd floor next to the elevator.

We can provide a packed lunch for the use of the conference room for a minimum of 1,000 yen. We also have a kitchenette in the Multi-Purpose Hall.
There is a Seven-Eleven convenience store in 2 minutes walking distance from the hotel.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but the restaurant and café bar can only be used within each store. Thank you for your understanding.
Lodging
More than 2 consecutive nights are also available.
Discounted rates are available for stays of 7 nights or more. Please contact us for more information.
Children under 12 years of age are admitted free of charge, provided bedding and meals are not provided. Junior high school students and above or those requiring bedding are charged at the adult rate.
We do have non-smoking rooms available. If you wish to stay in a non-smoking room, please let us know at the time of reservation. We have a limited number of rooms available, so we apologize if the rooms are full.
